• Cancellation within 7 days of Enrollment (and before course start): If a student cancels their enrollment within 7 calendar days of the payment date, a full refund will be provided, provided the course commencement date has not passed and no course materials have been accessed.
• Cancellation after Course Start: Once the course commencement date has passed OR once the student has accessed more than the first module's content, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted, irrespective of the time elapsed since enrollment.
• Administrative Fee: For all eligible cancellations, an administrative processing fee (typically 5-10% of the course fee) may be deducted from the refunded amount.

2. Course Cancellation by SIDHI LEARNING

SIDHI LEARNING reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, trainer unavailability). In such cases:

• Students will be offered the option to transfer their enrollment to the next available batch.
• If a transfer is not feasible for the student, a full refund of the course fee paid will be issued within 14 business days.

3. Transferring to Another Batch

Requests for transferring enrollment to a later batch must be made in writing at least 7 days before the original course start date. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur a transfer fee.
